Exclusively designed for single young professionals in their mid 20's-early 40's.
All events are held in a private room with a private bar. Tickets are sold separately to men and women to ensure even numbers of both sexes. A limited number of tickets are available at the door for $35 the night of the event.

One of the great things about wine is that, like art and music, you don't have to know anything about it, to enjoy it. But like art and music, the more you know, the more time and attention you give, you are much more likely to appreciate it beyond the simple pleasures of its tasting good.

One of the most informative and fun ways of getting to know a bottle of wine (or several) is to gather together to taste and discuss it. At our wine tasting events we will provide you with the essential items and the necessary information for you to enjoy and learn about wine, and how to taste wine just like the pros.

Perhaps the most significant lesson learned by anyone attending a wine tasting, however, is the realization that a glass of wine has the power not only to give individual pleasure but the create lasting friendships.

Bella Cabosse, formerly Chocolate Sophisticate is dedicated to bringing you fine, artisan chocolates. Their collection of imported chocolates includes Belgian chocolates, French chocolates, Italian chocolates and many more gourmet chocolates. Whether it's dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or truffles, they select each artisan chocolate to ensure that you get only the world's finest.

Martinis work best with a good game of cards.

To break the ice, each person is handed a card at check-in. The objective is to find your matching card. Score points and introductions.

Then, to shake things up a bit, sit in on a 30- minute mini-bartending lesson. A seasoned bartender, with the help of volunteers from the audience, will teach 5 different variations of martinis as well as trick-of-the trade on how to host your own successful martini tasting party.

Singles Who Mingle™, is the next generation of interactive dating that combines stand-up comedy and dating for singles. Stand-up comedian Susan Alexander hosts and creates a fun interactive dating game environment that goes beyond the typical realm of speed dating. Susan will be the ice breaker for all the dates and create a humorous dating environment for singles to meet an unlimited amount of the opposite sex. Rules to play by:

• Grab some drinks from the bar ($2 off all drinks 7-9pm).
• Write as many correct answers as possible in your play card after the quizmaster reads out the questions.
• Grab another round of drinks while the quizmaster calculates and announces the winners of the previous round.
• Swap teams and meet 3 new men and 3 new women.
• NO CHEATING! A team caught cheating will be required to buy a round of drinks for all other participants! (The use of cell phones, lap tops or any other devices or reference materials to obtain answers is strictly prohibited.)
• Refrain from yelling out answers. This only helps your competition!
• Be nice to your quizmaster.
• In the event of any dispute, the quizmaster's decision is final. Arguing with the quizmaster will result in you buying a round of drinks for the quizmaster and all participants!

Question themes include: General Knowledge, Current Events, Music & Movies, Arts & Literature, Sports, Science, Famous Faces (picture round) and others!

The following morning, log on to QuizDates and send a 'Virtual Drink' to anyone who especially grabbed your attention!
